On March 7, 2026, the National Voting Rights Museum and Institute and the Bridge Crossing Jubilee, Inc. will continue the commemoration/celebration of Bloody Sunday, the Selma to Montgomery March and the passing of the Voting Rights Act. This will be the 61st Celebration.

We want to invite you to remember and celebrate with us by participating in the Parade on Saturday, March 7, 2026. It would be an honor to have you and your organization participate in such an honored event. This is not just a celebration, but a time to reflect and remember the sacrifices that were made by many so that we all may enjoy basic freedoms.

The Theme is “We Care, All Boots on the Bridge”.
This year, the entrées will be judged as to which entry best exemplifies the Theme and the History connected to the Theme. All Entrees are encouraged to promote the Theme. A cash award of $1,000 will be given to the best entry.

The Parade will line up at 8:00 am at the Old Concordia College. Please enter at the Broad Street/First Avenue Gate on the First Avenue side.
